My Approach to Therapy

The key to your health and happiness is inside of you right now!
________
Machines break down and need to be repaired. Living beings, on the other hand, heal...
And as long as we are alive, we have within our very beings this most profound wisdom that is constantly working towards our survival, our healing, and our growth.

Therapy is a journey back to this inner wisdom - a process of remembering who you are, deepening your self-connection and self-trust, and living in greater alignment with what really matters to you.

Toward healing and wholing
________
We all lose contact with this innate wisdom from time to time, and I see one of my most important roles is working with you to repair the wounds that lead to this disconnection (healing), and supporting you in fully embodying your own essential self (wholing).
A collaborative journey of self-discovery
________
I offer a supportive space to explore, reflect, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Together, we'll cultivate greater awareness and a more authentic way of being in the world.

Person-Centered
___
You are the expert of your own life. I offer a trusting, non-judgmental space where your experience leads the way

Self-Discovery
___
Together we'll explore your inner landscape, uncover new perspectives, and reconnect with your innate wisdom

Direct Experience
___
Lasting change happens through real, embodied experience - not just talking about it

Mind, Body and Spirit
________
We are profoundly interconnected beings. True healing involves the whole person - mind, body, spirit and our relationship with other people and the larger web of life. My work integrates evidence-based therapies with this broader pespective.
