Fees for Services

My standard rate is $175 USD for a 50-minute individual therapy session

• You may be eligible for reimbursement from your health insurance company. See below for more information.

• For ease with longer term clients, I prefer to set up credit/debit card payments to be automatically made at the end of each session, though we can discuss alternative payment options.

For U.S. Clients: Using your Health Insurance to Assist with Payments

I do not bill insurance directly. If your health plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you can use the free Thrizer benefits checker below to get an estimate of how your plan may reimburse therapy sessions with me. The estimate is based on my standard fee of $175 for an individual therapy session, but your insurer determines actual coverage and reimbursement. The checker does not submit claims or guarantee payment. Sessions remain self-pay at my full fee; if you wish to seek reimbursement, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

Bank Deposit Payments for New Zealand Residents

I am presently offering consultation to New Zealand residents for $185 NZD for a 50-minute session.

I am presenting providing supervision/practice groups for $92.50 NZD for each participant (total time per meeting is 30 minutes per participant up to a maximum of 4 participants / 2 hours).

New Zealand residents can make a direct deposit to the following NZ bank account prior to service:

Credit Card Payments (Supervision/Practice Groups)

Participation in a supervision/practice group costs for $92.50 NZD for each participant (total time per group meeting is 30 minutes per participant up to a maximum of 4 participants / 2 hours). NZ residents may use bank deposit details above. Others may use this credit card link below - total cost for a credit card is $97.50 NZD - the extra $5 in this cost accounts for the credit card fee plus exchange rate fees.
