Fees

My standard rate is $175 for a 50-minute session*

($225 for a couples therapy session of 75 minutes)

• These rates include GST

• If you don’t feel like we’re a good fit or if I don’t believe I have the appropriate experience to support you with your particular issues, I will do my best to refer you to someone who is a more suitable match.

• I request payment either prior to services or at the time of services

I accept several different methods of payment, including:

1) A direct deposit to my bank account prior to service:

2) Cash at the time of service

3) Payments, including credit card payments, made via PayPal prior to service (click link below)

Note that PayPal charges a 3.5% processing fee, which would need to be added to the cost.

Options for lower-income clients

I reserve several spots for those with lower income. Please contact me to discuss.

If your issues are associated with a physical injury, or sexual abuse or assault, then you may qualify for fully subsidized support by ACC. Contact ACC directly for more information.

You may qualify for a Counseling Disability Allowance through WINZ. You can check your eligibility and get instructions on how to apply for this support here on the WINZ website.

You may also consider discussing your issues with your GP, who, in some instances, may be able to refer you for free psychological assistance through your local DHB or PHO.
